3. Can you manage everything for me, or do I need to be involved?

We can be as involved (or hands-off) as you’d like. Some clients hand everything over, others like to be part of the process. Either way, your voice, goals, and brand will always be front and centre — we just help bring it all to life.

4. How do you create content if you’re not based in my town?

While we’re proudly based in Hervey Bay, we work with clients all across Australia — from regional QLD to Perth, Adelaide, Tassie and beyond. We offer remote support, guide you through gathering content, or tap into our network of photographers. And yes — we also travel for content sessions when it makes sense.

4. How do you create content if you’re not based in my town?

We do both! Most clients go for our 3- or 6-month packages for best results, but we also offer one-off strategy sessions, content shoots, and brand refreshes if you’re just after a quick boost.

10. Will I get to review content before it’s posted?

Absolutely. You’ll get access to our industry-leading content approval system where you can review, suggest edits, or give the green light before anything goes live. It’s easy, efficient, and keeps you in the loop.

11. I’m nervous about letting go of my marketing. What would you say to me?

Totally fair — your business is personal. But you’re not handing it off blindly. We work closely with you from day one to get it right. We become part of your team, not just a service provider. It’s a partnership — and we want to see you win.

12. Is there a lock-in contract?

Nope. We offer 3- or 6-month agreements, but you’re never locked in. We want you to stay because it’s working — not because you’re stuck.

Over the past 7+ years, we’ve worked with more than 150 businesses — from bakers and florists to accountants, tradies, tourism operators, boat licensing companies, balloon garland businesses, fabric suppliers, dental clinics, hat shops and more. 14. What does social media management include?

It includes strategy, captions, graphics, short-form videos, post scheduling, hashtag research, engagement, and regular reporting. We also offer optional extras like paid ads, website design, and additional content shoots.

15. The last agency I used didn’t visit me or create custom content. They just used stock photos. What do you do?

That’s not our style. We offer regular content sessions so we can capture your business authentically. We want your content to reflect you — not just a generic stock library. Personal, real, and relevant content performs better — always.

16. Do I have to supply all the photos and videos?

Nope! Our social media management package includes content visits where we come to you and capture what we need. When we can’t be there, we’ll guide your team on what to capture, and we’ll set up a shared content folder for easy uploads. We know content creation is one of the hardest parts — that’s why we’ve made it easy.
